In testing this toy with my own children, I found that all four of them (ages 4,8,10, and yes, even my teenager) enjoyed it immensely--so much so, that we had to have two to avoid controversy! With two hoppers, they have races, and "jousts". I thought the novelty would wear off after a few days, but after several weeks, they are still playing with these daily. We found that the hoppers bounce best on our hard basement floor. In trying one myself, I found that it must develop the child's co-ordination and balance-my children could bounce far better than I could!
