CREATIVE CLAY FOR KIDS' CRAFTS
1 cup cornstarch
2 cups baking soda
1 1/4 cups cold water
Combine and cook over medium heat. Stir constantly till it is
of a mashed potato consistency. Turn out onto a plate and cover
with a damp cloth. When cool, knead until elastic consistency.
Store tightly covered. Make ornaments, pins, plaques, Christmas
ornaments, etc. Dry overnight if a small item, or over several
days if large. Turn while drying. Paint when dry, if desired.
