If you are not satisfied with an item, return it, in new condition in the original package, with the order copy, within 6 months, for exchange or refund. Items which have been used or laundered cannot be returned. Monogrammed (personalized) merchandise cannot be returned.

Orders are usually shipped by parcel post. We usually process orders the day we receive them, so your order should arrive within 5 to 15 days, depending on where you live.

If an item is out of stock when you order, it will be sent to you as soon as stock is received. Backorders are indicated in pink on your order copy enclosed with your parcel. You will be charged the postage fee for the entire order when your first shipment is sent, and no additional postage for a backorder. Credit card orders are not usually charged for a backorder until the order is shipped. In the event of a postal strike, phone or fax your order--it will be sent by Can Par instead of pacel post. To be environment friendly, products are packaged as little as possible, and recycled shipping boxes are used whenever possible. If you are receiving duplicate catalogues, please return both mailing labels and indicate which is correct.
On the top of your order copy enclosed with your parcel, you will see a number just above your name. If you call to re-order or inquire, or if you return merchandise, it will speed service if you can give us this number. We do not have an answering machine or "voice mail" -quite frankly, we hate these machines ourselves and don't want to subject our customers to them!
